Thousands upon thousands of people took the time off to enjoy the royal wedding celebrations. 550,000 people came to Westminster to enjoy the celebrations, 1 million people watched it on the big screen, 20 million watched it on television, half a million watched it on the internet, and about 51,000 watched it on their mobile phone.
